Vitex is one of the most beneficial herb for fertility and menstrual health. Known for its male and female hormone balancing properties, without containing hormones itself. It helps regenerate the pituitary, prostate, and ovary glands. It is helpful for women with symptoms of PMS or menopause, and helps with moodiness, bloating, painful or irregular periods, and water retention. It clears the body of excess estrogen, which is a common condition in both men and women during this time of consuming hormone-fed meats and dairy products; and, is also valuable as a pre-soak for meats in order to neutralize the chaotic frequencies of hormone content.
